We respect the privacy of personal data, managing it in accordance with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, which was incorporated into national legislation with Law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette A 137 – 29.08.2019), for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as amended and in force. We handle the Personally Identifiable Information that our colleagues at AGUSTINO LTD, as well as our former employees or candidates, entrust to us according to the privacy of personal data.

In any case, AGUSTINO LTD monitors relevant labor legislation (national, EU, ILO/International Labour Organization), including reports on respect for human rights, working conditions, and child labor, to ensure full compliance with collective and relevant international agreements.
